Key Features
AUTOMA A5CH2 Lift (Piston) Check Valve
AUTOMA A5CH2 Series is a forged steel piston-type check valve designed to allow one-directional flow and prevent backflow in high-pressure systems. The piston (lift) design provides stable closing performance for severe service applications.
Forged Steel Construction – ASTM A105N
Valve body and bonnet are manufactured from forged steel ASTM A105N, offering high mechanical strength and reliability for high-pressure and high-temperature service.
Class 800 Pressure Rating
Designed for Class 800 service, suitable for demanding process conditions commonly found in oil & gas, petrochemical, and power generation systems.
Hardfaced Integral Seat
Equipped with integral hardfaced seat (Stellite) for superior wear resistance and extended service life under high pressure and cyclic operation.
Spring-Assisted Piston Design
Stainless steel spring ensures fast closing response, reducing reverse flow and protecting downstream equipment.
Threaded NPT / Socket Weld End Options
Available with NPT threaded end (ASME B1.20.1) or socket weld end (ASME B16.11), allowing flexibility for compact piping layouts.
