Product Description

ARITA SPGL16 Cast Iron S-Pattern Globe Valve is a flanged-end industrial globe valve designed for flow isolation and regulation in piping systems. The valve features a cast iron body with an S-pattern flow path and is rated PN16.

The SPGL16 is available in nominal sizes from DN15 (1/2") to DN300 (12"), making it suitable for a wide range of industrial piping and process applications.

The valve is specified for water, steam and oil service. Service pressure and temperature limits are dependent on operating conditions, with the catalogue specifying 10 bar up to 300°C, 13 bar up to 200°C, and 16 bar up to 120°C. Pressure testing is specified at 1.8 MPa for seat sealing and 2.4 MPa for the shell.

The valve construction includes a cast iron body, ductile iron bonnet, cast iron packing gland, stainless steel wire handwheel, flexible graphite packing, 2Cr13 stem and seat rings, with other internal components specified in the manufacturer's technical data.
